The “Drop Two Sizes 8 Week Fall Challenge” and it’s fat loss driven workouts and nutrition program (not diet – we HATE diets) are designed to get you down at least two jean sizes in only eight weeks.

There’s no dieting or starving involved, just good old sensible eating. We’ve partnered with Fitness industry expert Rachel Cosgrove to give you a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid, as well as meal suggustions so you’ll get maximum fat burn from this program.

This program isn’t just about losing inches and weight – it’s about getting toned and defined in your arms, legs, and mid-section!

Here's how it works:

  • The workouts take place here at our facility under the watchful eye of our certified fitness experts. Every workout is designed to put you into the coveted "after burn", which is a state of having an elevated metabolism for well over 20 hours after you've worked out. (The after burn is the real reason you'll burn maximum fat.)
  • To help you get the most out of this eight-week program we're going to give you a nutrition plan and journal to follow, including grocery lists and motivational tips. Basically you'll just follow the nutrition plan and see that you're no longer bloated, and you'll know that the foods you're eating are helping you burn maximum amounts of fat.
  • You'll have open access to our facility where you'll have suggested independent workouts, as well as a travel workout, so there's no excuses for missing a beat.
  • The key ingredient to your success in this challenge is motivation and accountability. Our brief accountability meetings scheduled will keep you on track and we'll answer any questions you may have as you go along. The first kick-off meetings are Saturday September 14th at 10:30am, and Wednesday September 18th at 7pm.
  • Then dig out one of your favorite pairs of jeans in your closet that you haven’t been able to wear. Bring your new jeans, or an old favorite pair, in to us on your first day and we're going to hold them for you.

All you need to do now is...

1. CLICK HERE      to reserve your spot for our kick-off meeting on Saturday, September 14th at 10:30am or Wednesday September 18th at 7:00p.m. 2. Dig out a pair of jeans that you really like in your closet that you haven’t been able to wear – make sure they’re two sizes too small. 3. Bring your jeans with you to your first workout on Monday, September 16th, so we can hold them for you and use them as a motivational tool to inspire you over the next eight weeks.

For new members (that don’t already have any current membership packages with us), it will be $397 for the 8 Week Challenge and everything listed above, including unlimited classes and gym access, your nutrition guide and journal, group accountability meetings and scheduled private consultations. Available in our Online Store by September 13th.

For current members that don’t already have unlimited class options (regular gym access or our Basic 5 Class package members) it will be $97 to join in, including everything listed above. Available in our Online Store by September13th.

For our Premium #1 & #2 Unlimited Class members who want to join in, all of this will already be included in your membership for no additional charge.
